Browser and Device Compatibility

AutoProctor's proctoring algorithms depend on a few features that the test taker's browser and device must provide. For example, for video proctoring, we need access to the device's camera and the browser must allow us access to the camera feed.

The table below shows different operating systems and browsers and what their minimum version needs to be in order for the test taker to be able to start the test. If a browser and operating system combination isn't shown here (for example, Brave browser on Windows), it means that test takers cannot attempt the test on that browser.
